Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss. All investments involve risk, and not all risks aresuitable for every individual. The value of positions may fluctuate, and youmay lose more than any amount committed. Past performance of any trading programor strategy does not guarantee future results. You should only use funds you can afford to lose without affecting your financial security or lifestyle, andonly a portion of those funds should be allocated to any single trade, as you cannot expect to profit on every trade.
Securities futures products are not suitable for all investors. Supporting documentation is available up on request for all comparisons, recommendations, statistics, or other technical data presented. Past performance regarding securities futures (as applicable )is subject to the Risk Disclosure Statement for Security Futures Products.
Hypothetical & Simulated Performance. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have many inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because trades have not been executed in live markets, results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. There are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and theactual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. Hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can fully account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. There are numerous factors related to the markets in general, or tothe implementation of any specific trading program, that cannot be fullyaccounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results - all of which can adversely affect actual trading results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar tothose shown. Simulated results do not imply future profits.
Shark Futures is not a broker, registered investment adviser, futures commission merchant (FCM), or financial institution. All challenges, evaluations, and funded account opportunities offered by UAB Propfirms are simulated trading environments only. Fees paid for evaluations and challenges are service fees for access to our simulated trading platform - they are notinvestments, deposits, or trading capital.
